Pippa, the founder of Embrace Village, currently serves as its CEO. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Education. Since 1993, she has been an integral part of Embrace Village’s primary project, TLC. She embodies boundless love and unwavering optimism, overseeing not only the organization, but also a familiy of 14 adopted children.

Joanna Jones
Program Director

Joanna, our Program Director, holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and ensures that relevant research and science are seamlessly integrated into practical, accessible activities that contribute to the daily growth of our Village. Since joining TLC, the primary project of Embrace Village, in 1993, she has demonstrated unwavering dedication. A devoted mother of five, including four adopted children, Joanna is renowned for her hands-on approach and integrated-systems thinking.

Tommy Jarvis
Operations

Tommy, adopted by the Jarvis family as a young child, is our Operations Director. He sees to daily smooth flow of activities, overseeing logistics, partnership management and stock control with precision. Tommy is an adept public speaker and his role as an ambassador for the organisation make him an invaluable asset. As a mentor and role model for the boys and young men at Embrace Village, he inspries and leads by example. If you need anything done, Tommy is the go-to person.
